Materials

  • 4 oz low-calorie ginger beer
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice about 1/2 a lime
  • Ice
  • Lime wheel for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Optional: splash of sparkling water for a lighter version

Instructions

  • Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice.
  • Add the fresh lime juice.
  • Pour in the low-calorie ginger beer.
  • (Optional) Top with a splash of sparkling water if you'd like a milder flavor.
  • Stir gently to mix.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
