- ½ cup dried lemon balm leaves
- ½ cup dried chamomile flowers
- 2 cups boiling water
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar Vodka (optional)
Prepare Ingredients: Measure and place ½ cup dried lemon balm leaves, ½ cup dried chamomile flowers, and ½ cup honey into a heatproof container.
Pour Boiling Water: Add 2 cups of boiling water over the ingredients.
Steep: Let the mixture infuse for 20 minutes to extract flavors and benefits.
Strain: Remove solids by straining the liquid.
Mix with Honey: While still warm, stir the strained liquid into the honey until fully dissolved.
Optional Step for Preservation: If desired, add ½ cup apple cider vinegar (avoid alcohol for a non-alcoholic version).
Store: Transfer the cordial to a glass jar for storage.
Usage: Take 1 tablespoon before bedtime to promote relaxation and better sleep.
