Materials

  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp grated turmeric yellow turmeric
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Grate 1 tsp ginger and 1 tsp turmeric.
  • Juice 1 lemon.
  • Add grated ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, raw honey, water, and apple cider vinegar into a jar.
  • Shake the jar thoroughly to blend all ingredients.
  • Let the mixture sit for 24 hours to develop flavor and potency.
  • No straining is needed.
  • Take 1 tablespoon daily for inflammation and digestive support.
